Home My WebLink About72-20 - Rezoning Lot 30, Fairview Farms, from C2 to C1-CPfollows: ORDINANCE NO. 72-.20 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THE NORTHERLY 132 FEET OF LOT 30 OF FAIRVIEW FARMS FROM C2 TO C1 -CP The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the C1 -CP Zone, to wit: The north 132 feet of Lot 30 of Fairview Farms in the City of Costa Mesa, County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 8, Page 71, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California. EXCEPT therefrom the east 230 feet of the north 66 feet. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map B-4 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the Cl -CP area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
