AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA,
CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF LOT 142,
BLOCK 6 OF IRVINE's SUBDIVISION, FROM M1 TO CI -CP
The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is
hereby placed and included in the C17CP.. Zones to gait:
A portion of the Irvine's Subdivision recorded in Bunk 1, page 88,
of Miscellaneous Maps, records for Orange County, in the City of
Costa Mesa, State of California described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Palisades Road
and the centerline of Red Hill Avenue, said point being also the
Southerly corner of Lot 142, Block 6 of Irvine's Subdivision;
thence North 400 38' 32" East, a distance of 50.00 feet; thence
North 490 21' 28" West, a distance of 50.00 feet to the true point
of beginning; thence North 400 38' 32" East, a distance of 500.00
feet; thence North 490 21' 28" West a distance of 610.25 feet;
thence South 400 38' 21" West a distance of 449.54 feet; thence
South 410 53' 13" East a distance of 183.85 feet to a point, said
point being the beginning of a curve concave to the Southeast,
within a delta of 70 28' 30", radius of 1950.00 feet and a length
of 254.40 feet; thence South 490 21' 43" East, 174.25 feet to the
point of true beginning.
SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map G-8 of the City of Costa Mesa is
hereby amended by the addition thereto of the C1 -CP area described in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty
(30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen
(15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST
DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the
City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council
voting for and against the same.
