Home My WebLink About73-19 - Rezoning Lot 9, Block E, Berry Tract, from M1 to C1-CPORDINANCE NO. 73-19 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF LOT 9, BLOCK E, BERRY TRACT, FROM M1 TO C1 -CP. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the C1 -CP Zone, to wit: That portion of Lot 9 in Block E of the Berry Tract, in the County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 30, page 74 of Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, lying easterly of the Easterly line of Bristol Street (80 feet wide) as described in deed to the County of Orange recorded December 27th, 1949 in Book 1945, page 372, Official Records of said Orange County. EXCEPT: The northerly 515.00 feet thereof, measured from the Southerly line of Baker Street (80 feet wide) as des- cribed in deed to the County of Orange recorded March 27, 1943 in Book 1183, page 294, Official Records of said Orange County. ALSO EXCEPT: That portion thereof, if any, included within the West 4 Acres of said Lot 9. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map E-7 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the C1 -CP area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
