AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE ZONING OF
REAL PROPERTY BOUNDED BY HARBOR BOULEVARD, VICTORIA
STREET, NEWPORT BOULEVARD, AND NINETEENTH STREET
FROM C2, R2, and AP to C1 -CP, C2 -CP, R1, R2 -CP, R3 -CP,
R4 -CP, and AP -CP.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described
real property is hereby placed and included in the C1 -CP, C2 -CP,
R1, R2 -CP, R3 -CP, R4 -CP, and AP -CP Zones as shown on Exhibit "A"
attached here and by this reference made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of
the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Maps C-3 and
C-4 0£ the City of Costa Mesa are hereby amended by the addition
thereto to the C1 -CP, C2 -CP, R1, R2 -CP, R3 -CP, R4 -CP, and AP -CP areas
described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the
expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be
published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa,
together with the names of the members of the City Council voting
for and against the same.
