Home My WebLink About73-33 - Rezoning Portions of Tract 612, from C1 to R3-CPORDINANCE NO. 73-33 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE ZONING OF LOT 37, BLOCK E; LOTS 17 and 36, BLOCK F; AND A PORTION OF LOT 18, BLOCK F, TRACT NO. 612, FROM Cl TO R3 -CP. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the R3 -CP Zone, to wit: Lot 37, Block E; Lots 17 and 36, Block F; and the westerly 130 feet of the northerly 55.50 feet of Lot 18, Block F, Tract No. 612, as shown on a map thereof in Book 20, Page 1, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map B-3 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the R3 -CP area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
