AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA,
CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF
LOTS 61, 62, AND 63, TRACT 57, FROM
R2 -CP AND R3 -CP TO R3 -CP AND R4 -CP.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby placed and included in the
R3 -CP zone all that real property located at 324 Victoria
Street, Assessor Parcel Numbers 115-192-39 and 115-192-53,
to wit:
The east 62.50 feet of Lot 62 together with the west
62.50 feet of Lot 63 all of Tract No. 57, as shown on a
map recorded in Book 10, Page 3 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
SECTION 2. There is hereby placed and included in the
R4 -CP zone all that real property located at 332 Victoria
Street, Assessor Parcel Numbers 115-192-51 and 115-192-52,
to wit:
The east 75.00 feet of Lot 61 together with the west
62.50 feet of Lot 62 all of Tract No. 57 as shown on a
map recorded in Book 10, Page 3 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
SECTION 3. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 13-79
of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District
Map C-4 of the City of Costa Mesa, copy of which is on file
in the office of the Planning Department, is hereby amended
by the addition thereto of the R3 -CP and R4 -CP areas de-
scribed in Sections 1 and 2 hereof.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and
prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the
passage thereof, shall be published once in the Orange Coast
Daily Pilot, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and
published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names
of the members of the City Council voting for and against
the same.

regular meeting of said City Council held on the 15th day
