HomeMy WebLinkAbout75-16 Rezoning Northwest of the Intersection of Tanager and Golf Course DrivesORDINANCE NO. 75/4 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE ZONING IN THE GENERAL AREA NORTHWEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF TANAGER AND GOLF COURSE DRIVES FROM Al TO I AND R. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the I and R Zone, to wit: Orange County Assessor Parcel Number 139-352-05 SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 13-79 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map B-6 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the I and R area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof, shall be published once in the Orange Coast Daily Pilot, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
