A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, REMOVING "RESIDENT.
ONLY" PARKING ON TEXAS CIRCLE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No 02-62, the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa designated Texas Circle as a "resident -only" parking area.
WHEREAS, the Costa Mesa City Council has now determined that residents of
Texas Circle no longer support the existing "resident only" parking restriction on Texas
Circle imposed by Resolution No. 02-62, adopted on August 19, 2002; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City that
the resident -only parking restriction on Texas Circle be removed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Costa
Mesa that the "resident only" parking restriction be, and the same time is hereby
removed on Texas Circle at all times as provided herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all signage referring to said parking restriction
shall be removed from Texas Circle and no enforcement of the previous parking
restriction be taken by any enforcement agency in the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 03.
