No swimming pool shall be constructed unless the yard surrounding such pool is completely enclosed by a six (6) foot fence or the pool itself is enclosed with a£ence six (6) feet in he3ght and hav- ing a self-locking type gate ?r gates. Note: (Gate should close und latch on a free swing}, Your pool will not receive fi.nal approval until the requirements of the aYor�mentioned Section of the Municipal Code have been completed.
