Subject: Agenda Request
Julie - As you know, ZA-10-39 (LED screens at Triangle Square) has been appealed
by Mayor Pro Tem Leece. The applicant, Greenlaw/Triangle Square Partners,
requests that the item not be agendized for the next City Council meeting, on
September 7. The appeal raises a number of issues for which we will need additional
time to prepare, including a number of computer simulations.
Our request is for the item to be agendized either for the City Council meeting of
September 21 or October 5, which will allow adequate time to address the issues
that have been raised. Please let me know at your convenience if this request can be
granted. Thanks very much.
