RECOMMENDATION:
Withdraw the application at the request of the applicant.
BACKGROUND:
This item was continued from the September 7, 2010 City Council meeting at the
applicant's request in order to prepare photo simulations for the proposed signs. On
September 24, 2010, the applicant indicated that they did not wish to proceed with the
proposed signs at this time and have withdrawn the applic tion.

Subject: Triangle Square Planned Sign PGM
Greenlaw and TSV Partners are withdrawing their request to amend the Triangle Square Planned
Signing Program to include two LED signs.
Based on discussions with the community and our current and prospective tenants, we will
reevaluate our concept and design for LED signage and will continue our interaction with the
community. Please acknowledge that you received our notice of withdrawal and don't hesitate to
