RECOMMENDATION
Give second reading to Ordinance Number 10-17, to be read by title only, and waive
further reading.
BACKGROUND
City Council gave first reading to this ordinance on November 16, 2010, which amends the
City's Municipal Code regulations relating to the prohibition of fishing, water contact, and
animal feeding at TeWinkle Park. Staff has no further information on this item. No new
information which may require a change to this ordinance is provided.
