It is our understanding that this matter will be taken up by the Costa Mesa City Council at their next regular scheduled meeting on September 6th. We respectfully request that this matter be continued. Additionally, we are making this request without waiving our right to appeal the Planning Commission decision to the City Council. Also, since you did not indicate a date certain for the continuance, we prepared a memo continuing the item for September 20 (two weeks). Let me know if this was your intent.
