Dear Mrs. Mackley:
An investigation was conducted of property owned or controlled
by you located at 19921 Westminster Street within the City of Costa
Mesa. This investigation was conducted by myself and Mr. Dorris of
the Costa Mesa Building Safety Department. Several violations of the

Uniform Housing Code were found which are listed below for your in-
formation and action. Due to the hazards involved in some of these
violations, the unit has been posted as "Unsafe to Occupy" and the
utility companies have been requested to discontinue service.
1. General dilapidation or improper maintenance -
