RECOMMENDATION:
Per the applicant's request (attached), grant a second continuance of the below item to
the March 6, 2012 City Council meeting to allow additional time to address the issues
raised in conjunction with the project:
• Conditional use permit (CUP) to allow the construction and operation of a 40 foot
(long) by 40 foot (wide) pad for a helicopter (helistop) on a 6 -foot high platform over
the roof of an existing industrial building.
