Notification 48 hours prior to the meeting will enable the City to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to this meeting (28 CFR 35.102.35 ADA Title II). I. ADJOURN Page 2 RECOMMENDATION Adopt Resolution of the Costa Mesa Redevelopment Agency, City of Costa Mesa, California ("Agency") amending the Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule ("EOPS") pursuant to Section 34169(g) of the Health & Safety Code and the Initial Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule ("IROPS") pursuant to Section 34169(h) of the Health & Safety Code; and that the City Council, acting as Successor Agency, by minute order, accept transmittal of the amended Initial Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule from the Agency. Agenda related writings or documents provided to a majority of the Redevelopment Agency/City Council members after distribution of the Special Joint City Council/Redevelopment Agency Agenda Packet: Any writings or documents provided to a majority of the Redevelopment Agency/City Council members regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection at the Redevelopment Agency Counter, 2nd Floor, in City Hall located at 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, during normal business hours. In addition, such writings and documents may be posted, whenever possible, and as part of the agenda, on the Redevelopment Agency's website www.cmredevelopment.org NOTICE AND CALL OF THE SPECIAL JOINT MEETING OF THE COSTA MESA CITY COUNCIL AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Joint Meeting of the Costa Mesa City Council and Redevelopment Agency will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa.
