NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Costa Mesa City Council will
be held on Tuesday, April 10, 2012, to begin immediately following the Regular
Adjourned Meeting/Study Session in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 77 Fair
Drive, Costa Mesa. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to discuss the following item:
Running a Special Municipal Election Concurrently with the Registrar of Voters.
