RECOMMENDATION:
Give second reading and waive further reading to an ordinance adding Chapter XIII, of Title 11,
of the Costa Mesa Municipal Code related to prohibiting sex offenders from entering city parks
and city -owned sports facilities.
ANALYSIS:
On April 17, 2012, City Council gave first reading to an ordinance adding Chapter XIII, of Title
11. Staff has no further information on this item.
