RECOMMENDATION:
Remove from the calendar and renotice for a future hearing date to be determined.
BACKGROUND:
The project involves a conditional use permit (CUP) to allow the construction and
operation of a 40 -foot (long) by 40 -foot (wide) pad for a helicopter (helistop),on a six-foot
high platform over the roof of an existing industrial building. There have been several
continuances for this item. The applicant, Kevin Coleman, has concurred with the
temporary removal of this application from the calendar. Public notices will be reissued
when this application returns for Council consideration.
