Implement a tree planting program per attached 'Scope of Work' and 'Proposal' to perform public outreach, coordination,
planting and maintenance of new parkway trees at locations to be determined by the City. Payment based on quantities of
each tree size as listed below:
15 gallon size tree: $225 each.
24" box size tree: $350 each.
Change Order #1: 23.5% increase to original agreement.
COST INCREASE $100,000

We, the undersigned contractor, have given careful consideration to the change proposed and hereby agree, if this proposal is
approved, that we will provide all equipment, furnish all materials, except as may otherwise be noted above, and perform all services
necessary for the work above specified, and will accept as full payment therefor the prices shown above.
