A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK JF THE CITY OF
COSTA M33A TO PLACE A PRO:J3ITIJN ON THE BALLOT AT THE
GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTIJN TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, APRIL
13, 1954, CONCERNING COP'.PENSATIJN TO CITY COUNCIU.EN,
AND TO BE KNJYIN AS PROPJSITIJN NO. 1.
The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby
order and resolve as follows:
That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to
place upon the ballot at the general municipal election to be held
on Tuesday, April 13, 1954, the following question to be submitted
to the electors of the City of Costa I,:esa:
"PROPJSITION NO. 1
Shall each member of the City Council receive the sum of
Fifty (050.00) Dollars per month as compensation for his
time and services as such councilman?"
