said returns and the co,mting and canvassing — the absentee ballots, this Council
finds and declares as follows:
1., That a total of r 048 votes were cast at said election for the fill-
ing of the three vacant seats on the Council, City of Costa P^.esa. The nares of
the three candidates voted for said offices of City Councilmen, and the total
number of votes cast for each nerson, are as followe:
