CHANGING .THE..ZONING OF LOT. ONE OF.
TRACT -2727, FROM Rl TO 'C1 -CP.

THE -CITY .COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: -
SECTION 1: All.that portion 'of the following..described
real property.is hereby placed and .included in.the Cl -CP
zone, to. -.wit:
Lot 1 of : Ttact. 2.727, as -per imap thereof recorded in
Book 87Page:37 of'Miscellaneous.-Maps, Records of
Orange 'County,., California;
SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 13-79
of the Municipal Code,of the,.City--of Costa. Mesa, District
_.Map C-5 of the City.of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the
addition thereto of' _the. C1 -.CP area describ-ed in Section1
hereof.
'SECTION.3. This. Ordinance -shall take effect and be in
full
